By accessing or using the PureSwing Lab (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

PureSwing Lab provides AI-powered golf swing analysis. You upload a video of your golf swing, and our AI generates a detailed analysis with scores, metrics, and personalized recommendations to help you improve your game.

Subscription & Pricing

• Trial: $7.99 for 7 days of full access.
• After trial: $39.99/month, billed automatically unless canceled before the trial period ends.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked.
• When you cancel, you retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
• Refund requests can be made by contacting us at support@golfapp.com.

User Content & Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the videos you upload. By submitting a video, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing our Service. We do not share, sell, or publicly display your videos. We may delete your content upon account termination.

AI Disclaimer

Our swing analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional golf instruction, coaching, or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis. Use the recommendations at your own discretion and risk.

Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
• You may not upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
• One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All branding, design, AI models, and proprietary technology within the Service are owned by PureSwing Lab. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
